We are a company specialized in the manufacturing and installation of melamine furniture, drywall systems, and the full execution of construction projects. We are experiencing continuous growth and are currently looking to add the following role to our team: PRODUCTION OPTIMIZER Requirements * Final-year student, graduate, or technical professional in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Knowledge of logistics, procurement, and material control (preferred). * Knowledge of melamine cutting optimization and material utilization (preferred). * Analytical ability and orientation toward continuous improvement. * Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines. * Results-oriented mindset. * Preferably residing in Southern Lima. Responsibilities * Develop and optimize melamine cutting layouts and plans to maximize material utilization. * Analyze and reduce material waste, optimizing production and labor costs. * Review and monitor inventory levels of materials required for production. * Coordinate quotations and procurement of required materials to ensure uninterrupted production. * Track the production process and promptly report progress and issues to management. * Verify that materials and processes comply with established quality standards. * Prepare and maintain up-to-date production reports, material consumption reports, and performance reports. * Propose improvements to optimization, production, and supply processes to enhance operational efficiency.
