If you are an analytical, proactive individual passionate about teamwork, this is your opportunity to join a growing company! **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical professional or university graduate in **Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields**. * Desired specialization or course in **Payroll Management, Labor Legislation, or Human Resources**. * Minimum of **1 to 2 years** of experience in similar roles. * Proven experience handling **payroll for employees on regular payroll and service contracting regimes**. * **Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel.** * **Proactive** individual with communication skills and the ability to work **independently and as part of a team.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Record and monitor employee attendance, verifying working hours, permissions, or absences. * Process and calculate **biweekly payroll**. * Record employee updates: leave requests, tardiness, advances, absences, information changes, etc. * Collaborate in the **automation of processes** and projects defined by management. * Respond to coordinators' inquiries regarding **payment calculations and received payments**. * Serve as authorized signatory for payments – **BCP** and manage the **IBK payroll token**. * Review and sign **bank statements and payment orders**. * **Deliver checks** for Grupo M\&M. * Report weekly on the group's **petty cash funds**. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Results-oriented * Good communication and teamwork * Leadership capacity * Service orientation * Emotional management and self-control * Honesty and responsibility * Flexibility towards change **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * **Work location:** Jr. José María Raygada N° 709 – Cercado de Lima * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. // Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. * **Salary:** S/. 1500\.00 * **General regime – Full benefits** If you meet the requirements and wish to join a solid, growing company, **apply now**.
