Identify, develop, and implement optimization initiatives in App and Web processes. **Job Responsibilities:** * Coordinate projects for implementing new operational models. * Ensure compliance levels of area KPIs. * Automate reporting and dashboards. * Visit picking centers and Tottus stores to propose process improvements. * Automate and standardize processes and controls based on procedures using new technologies. * Generate necessary documentation supporting strategic and operational decisions, and share it with stakeholders. **Requirements:** University graduate or bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. **Microsoft Office and Power BI:** Intermediate to advanced level. Intermediate English proficiency Programming and process knowledge (Looker, Tableau, Python, Bizagi) 4 months of experience in retail operations, ecommerce, logistics, or planning areas.
