We are currently seeking a **Project Administrator** who wishes to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Manage financial and logistical resources assigned to the project. * Prepare and monitor construction budgets, valuations, and cash flow. * Supervise purchasing processes, warehouse operations, and inventory control. * Handle project contractual and administrative documentation. * Monitor and report project costs, expenses, and financial performance. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and current labor regulations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Administration. * Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience in construction projects. * Sector: Construction, Buildings * Proficiency in **advanced Excel**.
