




Position Objective Provide operational and administrative support to the Purchasing department, ensuring proper management of corporate and supply acquisitions, optimizing costs, timelines, and quality. **Main Responsibilities** Corporate purchasing management * Assist in managing corporate purchases (air tickets, hotels, corporate events, and others) * Purchase of packaging materials, pantry supplies, packing materials, and office supplies * Computer equipment and IT infrastructure equipment * Purchase of promotional and marketing materials Import logistics support * Track shipments (transit status, estimated arrival dates, bill of lading, packing list, etc.) * Keep import tracking updated and alert about deviations or delays. * Assist in preparing documentation for customs clearance. * Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for receiving imported goods. **Requirements** Education: Bachelor's degree or graduate in Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: At least 2 years in similar roles, with exposure to corporate purchasing and import processes. **Skills**: Procurement management. International logistics and customs documentation. Advanced Excel Intermediate English (reading commercial documents).
