**Description:** A growing hotel group is looking for a Purchasing Manager for our location in **Trujillo**, who will join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our administrative and operational processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Accurately register invoices in established settlement formats. * Quote products at local stores and/or identify new suppliers according to needs. * Carry out purchases of products and supplies based on internal requirements. * Monitor warehouse stock and maintain inventory control. * Enter completed purchases into the internal control system. * Organize and maintain order of invoices and purchase-related documents. * Support efficient organization and supply of products and materials. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Graduate or degree holder in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Finance, or related fields. * Minimum of **6 months of experience in similar roles** in logistics, warehouse, or procurement areas (mandatory requirement). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel (tables, filters, basic formulas). * Experience in **inventory control and warehouse management**. * Organizational and leadership skills. * Knowledge of purchasing, supplier relations, and quotations. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. * Immediate availability to work full-time. * Experience in **cash handling**. **Benefits:** * Salary: S/1500 \+ S/100 for transportation * Payroll: REMYPE regime * Positive work environment.
