Don Paulino, an industrial company operating in the bakery and pastry sector, located in the district of Villa El Salvador, is seeking: 01 QUALITY ASSISTANT **Responsibilities:** **Control of Manufactured Products:** · Verify the quality and condition of products manufactured at the plant (temperature, labeling, expiration date, physical condition, transportation conditions). · Record and report deviations or non-conformities detected within the production flow. **Storage Control:** · Supervise that products are stored according to their required temperature ranges and specific conditions (cold chain, dry zones, refrigeration/freezing chambers). · Ensure compliance with the FIFO/FEFO system (First In – First Out / First Expired – First Out). · Monitor and record temperatures of cold rooms, refrigeration equipment, and storage areas. **Audits and Inspections:** · Support the execution of internal and external audits (sanitary, GMP, HACCP, etc.). · Prepare reports on findings and track corrective actions. **Documentation and Records:** · Maintain up-to-date quality control, traceability, and cleaning records. · Support the development and updating of procedures, work instructions, and control forms. **Training and Operational Support:** · Provide operational team support regarding good handling practices, temperature control, and product handling. · Promote compliance with food safety and hygiene standards within the warehouse. **Non-Conformance Management:** · Identify, record, and communicate non-conforming products or processes. · Participate in corrective and preventive actions defined by the Quality Department. **Requirements:** Applicants must be current students or graduates of Food Engineering or related fields (University/Institute). Basic knowledge of GMP, PHA, and HACCP. Availability to work in the district of Villa El Salvador. Proactivity and leadership skills.
