




**JOB OBJECTIVES:** To effectively and timely recruit the personnel required by the company, ensuring efficient vacancy coverage, especially in mass recruitment processes, guaranteeing the quality, suitability, and retention of selected candidates according to the operational and strategic needs of Instabus. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, execute, and monitor recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative personnel. * Post job openings on portals, social media, and talent attraction channels. * Carry out **mass recruitment of drivers, assistants, and operational staff**, optimizing coverage timelines. * Screen and evaluate resumes according to job profiles. * Coordinate and conduct competency-based interviews. * Administer and score psychological or technical tests as required. * Coordinate final interviews with department managers and follow up on outcomes. * Prepare progress reports and recruitment metrics. * Maintain an updated database of candidates and potential talent. * Support new employee onboarding and monitor their adaptation. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and propose selection process optimizations. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Education:** Graduate or bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of **1 year in recruitment and selection**, with **proven experience in mass hiring processes** (preferably in transportation, logistics, or services). **Knowledge:** * Mass and competency-based recruitment. * Use of job portals, social media, and digital sourcing channels. * Psychological assessment and structured interviews. * Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, etc.). **COMPETENCIES:** * Organizational and prioritization skills. * Assertive and empathetic communication. * Results-oriented and goal-driven. * Teamwork and ability to work under pressure. * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Confidentiality and professionalism. **WE OFFER:** * Inclusion in the regular payroll with all statutory benefits. * Growth opportunities within an expanding company. * Pleasant work environment and continuous learning. * Work schedule from Monday to Saturday.
