Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability across our projects. **Position Objective** Lead and manage construction projects to ensure timely completion, within (or under) budget, and in accordance with contractual terms. Plan and define program objectives, establish methods to achieve them, and ensure alignment with client interests, contracts, and corporate policies. **Responsibilities** · Lead unique or multiple specialized projects of similar nature, ranging from minor to major initiatives, defining their plans and priorities. · Exercise direct and potentially indirect supervision, with authority for performance evaluations, personnel selection, and development. · Generate integrated solutions to strategic problems by leveraging technical expertise and policy knowledge, providing recommendations to senior management. · Develop tactical plans to achieve organizational objectives and oversee the design of new concepts and ideas for projects. · Communicate clearly and persuasively complex reports and proposals to all levels, using a participative and collaborative management style. · Possess advanced knowledge of systems, processes, and tools within the area, with the ability to solve problems and contribute to their development. **What will you bring?** **Job Requirements:** · 15+ years of experience in underground development and construction contract management. · Supervision of multiple advance fronts with local and international contractors. · Extensive experience in critical infrastructure construction: ramps, declines, and shafts. · Knowledge in managing underground mining services: ventilation, pumping, and power. · Assurance of compliance with the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. · Proven leadership in high-pressure environments with effective coordination between Owner and EPCM. **Conditions:** · Work location/base: Marcona · Shift: 14x7 · Transportation provided from Lima to Marcona.
