We are currently seeking the best talent with the following profile: **TECHNICAL SUPPORT LEVEL II - IT**: **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical studies in electronics, computing and IT, networks and communications, or related fields such as systems, telecommunications. * Availability to work in Cercado de Lima, bordering Lince. * Experience in customer service using Help Desk tools. * Experience in maintenance of computers, laptops, servers, networking equipment, and others (essential). * Experience in assembling computers and laptops. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and execute the Help Desk work plan. * Provide technical advice and support for IT services. * Perform preventive maintenance on computer equipment and prepare field activity reports. * Upgrade laptops and computers. * Administer servers under Windows and Linux. * Ensure, at a technical level, the proper operation of IT services. * Be responsible for software licensing compliance and inventory control. * Install wired and wireless network infrastructure in projects. * Prepare newly acquired computer equipment. * Be responsible for data backup according to IT policies. * Provide logistical support as directed by your supervisor. **WE OFFER** **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/. 1,300 per month * Opportunity for advancement through our career path. * Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm). * IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 per month Work location: On-site position
