Excellent work environment We are seeking a Systems and Automation Development Leader for an industrial sector client. **Job Objective** Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the company's information systems, driving process automation and implementation of technological solutions that contribute to operational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** \-Analyze, design, develop, and implement systems and applications according to requirements from various departments. \-Evaluate and manage automation requests, proposing solutions that optimize time and resources. \-Administer and perform modifications to SQL databases and corporate applications. \-Document development and automation projects, ensuring traceability and measurement of results. \-Coordinate with software vendors and responsible parties to address incidents, enhancements, and implementations. \-Identify continuous improvement opportunities in processes through technology. **Requirements** \-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. \-Minimum 3 years of experience in systems development and technology project management. \-Strong knowledge of SQL Server and application development. \-Experience in requirements analysis and process automation. \-Leadership, organizational, and results-oriented capabilities. **Competencies** \- Leadership. \- Analytical thinking. \- Problem solving. **Benefits** \- Formal employment contract with statutory benefits. \- Opportunity for professional development. \- Excellent work environment. \- Market-competitive remuneration.
