Important chain of service stations is looking for gas station salespeople for Lima who meet the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education and/or incomplete studies. * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a gas station salesperson and/or fuel attendant. * Good communication skills, proactive attitude, strong interpersonal abilities, punctuality, and energetic demeanor to attract customer attention. * Must live in nearby areas or have availability to commute to Petit Thouars. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Dispense fuel to customers according to safety regulations and our service protocol. * Wear uniforms and safety equipment at all times during work activities. * Provide customer service, offer products and promotions. * Resolve any issues that may arise during customer service. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Report any incidents, complaints, or equipment malfunctions to the immediate supervisor. * Perform cash register reconciliation at the end of each shift. * Perform any other tasks assigned by the service station manager. **BENEFITS:** * Official payroll with all statutory benefits from the first day of employment. * Base salary: S/ 1,130 + **mobility bonus.** * **Retention bonus** awarded every 3 months. * Sales incentives, subject to **monthly performance targets.** * Indefinite-term contract, **providing job stability.** * **Private health insurance fully covered by the company.** * Work schedule: Availability to work rotating 8-hour daily shifts, with 1 **rotating rest day per week.** Position type: Full time Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,200.00 per month Application questions: * Do you have completed secondary education and/or any additional academic training?
