**Position:** Warehouse Assistant **Area:** Logistics **Reports to:** Warehouse Manager or Logistics Supervisor **Modality:** On-site work schedule **Work Hours:** Full-time **Job Objective** Support the receipt, recording, storage, control, and dispatch of materials, products, or supplies, ensuring proper organization, labeling, and inventory levels in accordance with company policies. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive products, materials, or supplies, verifying quantities, conditions, and incoming documentation. * Record incoming and outgoing movements in the system or established formats. * Maintain updated physical and digital inventory records. * Organize and properly label products according to the established location system. * Prepare orders and coordinate internal or external shipments. * Promptly report shortages, overages, or damaged materials. * Participate in periodic inventories and stock reconciliations. * Support compliance with warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization standards. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to warehouse management. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Technical degree in Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control roles. * **Knowledge:** * Handling of shipping guides, inbound/outbound notes. * Stock and inventory control. * Proficiency in computer tools, intermediate level Excel (inclusive) * **Competencies:** * Responsibility and punctuality. * Organization and attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Honesty and orientation toward order. * Ability to work under pressure.
