We are **COSECHAS PERUANAS**, an agro-industrial company with extensive experience in the sale and distribution of selected fruits and vegetables, as well as a growing range of processed products such as pastas, creams, jams, and dressings, along with the exportation of frozen goods. Currently, we are seeking a committed and leadership-capable **WAREHOUSE MANAGER** who will ensure proper handling, control, and organization of our products and supplies. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate or professional title in **Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.** * Minimum of **2 years of experience managing warehouses or distribution centers**, preferably within agro-industrial or mass consumer product companies. * Knowledge of **inventory control, product rotation, inbound and outbound management, and health and safety regulations.** * Intermediate-level **Excel skills** and experience with management systems (ERP, SAP, or others). * Ability to **lead teams, plan activities, and work under pressure.** * Immediate availability to work at our **Industrial Food Plant located in ATE \- CERES.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Supervise and control warehouse operations**, ensuring adherence to established procedures. * **Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch** of products and supplies. * **Monitor stock levels** and ensure proper product rotation (FIFO). * **Maintain inventory records and controls**, conducting periodic physical audits. * **Manage material inflows and outflows** within the system (ERP or SAP). * **Supervise warehouse personnel**, promoting teamwork and compliance with safety standards. * **Prepare management reports and performance indicators (KPIs)** for the warehouse. * **Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production departments** to ensure efficient material flow. * **Ensure warehouse orderliness, cleanliness, and safety.** * **Propose improvements in logistics processes** to optimize time and resources. **BENEFITS** * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * **Formal MYPE payroll registration** from day one, including all statutory benefits. * **Opportunities for professional growth and development.** * **Pleasant work environment and team collaboration.** Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site position
