What are we looking for? * Graduate of a Technical Accounting program. * Intermediate knowledge of Excel. * Knowledge of Accounting Standards. * Experience with ERP systems. * Intermediate knowledge of Excel. * Minimum of 6 months of related experience. Responsibilities * Record payment vouchers and control reimbursements, petty cash, and fuel expenses. * Report to supervisor on employee allowances, deductions due to failure to submit reimbursements, and fuel expenses. * Follow up with employees regarding their reimbursement requests for funds and petty cash. * Generate withholding vouchers. * Determine the applicable retention percentage for payment vouchers. * Record provisions for pending expense reimbursements at period-end closing. * Report outstanding reimbursements from employees who are about to leave. * Provide induction to new employees on the reimbursement process. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor related to the position.
