Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Assistant to diagnose and resolve software and network issues, monitor servers, and provide technical support to users. Key Responsibilities: 1. Diagnose and resolve software and network issues. 2. Monitor and support virtualized servers on Windows/Ubuntu. 3. Provide timely and efficient technical support to users.
