**Business Manager** **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Maximize the value of commercial relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities. The role focuses on building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring their satisfaction, all aimed at increasing sales and company profitability. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Manage international prospects. Master the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying opportunities to negotiating and closing deals. Present our services. Identify new business opportunities in the market. Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs. Coordinate technical meetings to demonstrate our capabilities. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and build trust and credibility. Achieve and exceed established sales targets. Perform account follow-up and management, guaranteeing optimal service, which is non-negotiable. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE** In Engineering or Business Administration. **EXPERIENCE AND QUALITIES**. Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in companies within the sector and in the technology services offered by NetPartners. Experience as a Consultant in SAP or Agile technologies will be valued.
