Leading multinational company in the healthcare and clinical diagnostics sector, a market leader in Europe with global presence, is looking for **Senior Finance Planning & Control** Responsibilities: * Design and lead the annual budget cycle, rolling forecast, and scenario modeling. * Analyze profitability by test, channel, and operational unit, focusing on incremental efficiency. * Design and implement integrated financial and non-financial KPIs within real-time dashboards. * Develop dynamic pricing models, commercial projections, and profitability tools for medical partnerships. * Assess the financial impact of marketing campaigns, B2B contracts, and tactical decisions. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * MBA or specialization in Financial Control, Business Analytics, or Digital Transformation is desirable. * 4+ years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and management control within regulated or data-intensive industries (healthcare, pharma, services, or manufacturing). * Experience leading automation projects, ERP implementation (preferably SAP), and financial process improvements.
