Our client, an important Peruvian company expanding nationwide specializing in Telecommunications services - Fiber optic Internet, has entrusted us with the search for a **IT Engineer - Core Network Specialist.** What are the main responsibilities? * Design the network architecture that guarantees service to customers. * Carry out operational activities to ensure service levels, availability, and optimal network performance. * Ensure service availability, propose and manage continuous improvement processes. * Identify opportunities or processes that contribute to providing better service. * Propose technical solutions to commercial requirements. * Analyze and resolve service platform alerts. What are we looking for? * Professional in Telecommunications, Systems, or Electronics Engineering. * 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Expertise in technical management of Core networks. * Knowledge in configuration and administration of routers (Huawei M60, M14), switches (Huawei, Mikrotik), OLT (Huawei and ZTE), firewalls, DHCP servers, DNS Radius, AAA, video servers, virtual servers, transport networks, communication protocols (BGP, CGNAT, routing policies, PBR, IPv6, MPLS, BRAS, etc.), management of OLT access networks (GPON, XG/XGS-PON, IPoE, DHCP, OLT L2, OLT L3, IPv6) and monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, CACTI, DUDE, etc. * Experience in VLAN-VPN network segmentation and virtualization using VMware and LINUX OS. * A leader, helpful, dynamic, organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative person.
