**ELECTRICAL CREW LEADER** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Graduated Technical Specialist or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Electricity, Electrotechnics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, and/or related fields. · Experience in the electrical field. Minimum of 02 years of experience in similar positions and/or roles related to the position. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Supervise and assign tasks to crew personnel to ensure completion of scheduled work, avoiding penalties. · Coordinate with the direct supervisor the supply of materials, equipment, additional machinery, and replacement of PPE to meet the MT-BT work schedule. · Verify that operations are carried out according to established parameters, timeframes, and operational procedures to avoid penalties. · Prepare a work suspension report if the work site or area lacks appropriate conditions for performing electrical construction work, ensuring crew workers' safety and health. · Participate in scheduled internal and external inspections to comply with the SO Work Plan. · Inspect fall protection systems in substations before executing work orders to prevent workplace accidents. · Request client authorization to enter SEDS (Distribution Electrical Substation) to carry out scheduled work orders. · Report progress and completion of Public Lighting works (poles, cables, lamps) due to emergencies, inspections, or scheduled underground and/or overhead jobs to immediate supervisor through photos and reports, complying with the SO Work Plan and avoiding penalties. · Prepare a work suspension report if the work site or area lacks appropriate conditions for performing AP works (poles, cables, lamps), ensuring crew workers' safety and health. · Comply with all procedures and responsibilities applicable to the position. · Comply with the client's safety rules. · Perform other job-related activities assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** · Full payroll with all statutory benefits. · Timely payments. · Ongoing training. · Career advancement opportunities. · Profit sharing. · Corporate discounts.
