In this role, you will be responsible for: * Participate in and drive Change Management for any modifications arising from new projects or changes during operation, design, process, packaging, and/or product phases, in compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental requirements. * Temporary assignment to perform other functions, projects, and/or placement in a different position may be required for the necessary duration when exceptional, unforeseen circumstances occur, or situations beyond the company's control require such changes for technical, operational, or organizational reasons, as directed by the immediate supervisor. * Ensure the operability and/or regulation of electronic equipment, measurement instruments for process variables, and/or waste disposal systems to guarantee product quality. * Control the programming logic system and hardware controls of the lines and processes utilizing these systems. * Prepare shift reports, documenting relevant events and indicating pending tasks critical to ensuring continuous equipment operations. * Participate in meetings scheduled periodically by production and/or maintenance (Bi-hourly Meetings, Quality Gates, etc.). * Actively contribute to proposing actions aimed at improving the performance of production lines and services. **About Us** You already know our legendary brands: Huggies®, Kleenex®, Scott®, Kotex®, Plenitud®, Kimberly-Clark Professional®—just like the rest of the world.
