Position Summary: An experienced HR professional to lead talent management, foster organizational culture, and optimize HR processes in industrial companies. Key Highlights: 1. Leads comprehensive talent management and organizational structure. 2. Drives culture, internal climate, and communication. 3. Optimizes talent acquisition and HR processes. REQUIREMENTS: 1\. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 2\. Minimum of 4 years of experience in supervisory or managerial HR roles, preferably within industrial sector companies. 3\. Immediate availability. 4\. Willingness to travel to Pisco and Paita (occasionally). 5\. Valid A1 driver's license. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Define organizational charts, organizational structures, headcount, and job profiles to ensure effective talent management. * Promote culture, climate, and internal communication programs to strengthen employee engagement and institutional values. * Implement performance indicator systems (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, performance, coverage) to enhance decision-making. * Design and implement competency-based selection methodologies and People Analytics tools to optimize talent acquisition. * Implement Performance Evaluation to measure outcomes and guide improvement plans. * Supervise payroll processing, settlements, and benefits to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. * Design salary structures, pay scales, and compensation policies to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. * Drive employee satisfaction initiatives to improve workplace climate and reduce turnover. * Approve and supervise Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies, plans, and matrices to ensure proper execution. * Coordinate relationships with SUNAFIL, MINTRA, Essalud, EPS, insurance providers, and consulting firms to ensure compliance and external support. * Lead and train the HR team to ensure optimal performance.
