





**Position Objective:** Ensure the independence, objectivity, and effectiveness of the internal audit function by coordinating and supervising the execution of audits conducted by external consultants or assigned teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, the effectiveness of internal controls, and proper risk management within the organization, acting as the liaison between the company, senior management, the Audit Committee, and regulatory bodies. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and oversee the Annual Audit Plan, prioritizing strategic and operational risks. * Supervise and validate the execution of internal and external audits, ensuring quality and coverage. * Guarantee strict regulatory compliance with authorities (SBS, BCRP), including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. * Advise the Board of Directors and senior management on risk management and strengthening of Internal Control. * Coordinate responses to regulatory requests, serving as the primary point of contact with supervisory entities. * Effectively follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and action plans. * Ensure the independence and objectivity of the audit function, enhancing corporate governance and the organization’s control culture. **Requirements:** * University degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in internal audit, external audit, or internal control, preferably in the financial sector or fintech industry. * Proven experience coordinating with external audit consulting firms and direct interaction with regulatory agencies. * Knowledge of current regulations of the Peruvian financial system (SBS, BCRP, SUNAT). * Familiarity with International Auditing Standards (ISA) and internal control frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000). * Corporate governance, comprehensive risk management, and fraud prevention. * Preparation of executive reports and reporting to audit committees and the board of directors.
