Currently, we are looking for: SIE UG Manager **Functions:** * Supervise and verify in the field the proper execution of electronic blasting operations, ensuring timely delivery of results and technical reports to the client. * Coordinate immediate actions in response to deviations or failures in the Electronic Initiation System (SIE), applying technical solutions that minimize operational impacts. * Guarantee compliance with operational schedules and established performance objectives for the operation. * Ensure that the application of the SIE system complies with technical procedures and corporate quality standards. * Supervise the maintenance, calibration, and proper storage of electronic blasting equipment. * Address client technical requirements, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries or operational incidents related to the Electronic Initiation System (SIE). * Participate in technical meetings with the client, presenting results, performance indicators, and improvement proposals. * Ensure customer satisfaction through smooth communication and safe, reliable operations. * Lead multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration and effective communication to implement improvement projects. * **Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in underground mining in supervisory or managerial roles related to SIE. * Degree in Mining Engineering or related fields. * Driving license A\-IIB desirable. * Availability to work under mining shift regimes.
