**a) Academic Qualifications:** \- Professional degree in systems engineering and/or industrial engineering and/or computer engineering and/or computer science and/or economics and/or administration. \- Master's degree in public management, business administration, or similar fields. \- Diploma or specialized course in project management or project leadership of at least 120 hours, or valid PMP certification. **b) General Experience:** \- Work experience in the public or private sector exceeding ten (10\) years. \- Work experience exceeding eight (08\) years managing projects related to process-based management and/or information technologies and/or quality management and/or quality management system audits and/or user service with an intercultural approach and/or vulnerable populations.
