We work with the joy of achieving the impossible together. **Job Description** Lead the company’s technology and hyperautomation strategy, ensuring IT infrastructure stability and accelerating digital transformation. This hybrid role combines technical management of critical systems with a transformational vision to scale efficiency and innovation across the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define and execute the comprehensive IT and automation strategy aligned with business priorities. * Ensure availability, security, and scalability of the technological infrastructure and core SAP systems (R3 or S/4HANA), coordinating with corporate and other satellite systems. * Lead hyperautomation initiatives (RPA, AI, low\-code/no\-code, Power Platform) to digitize and optimize key processes. * Ensure data integration and governance across platforms, applications, and corporate systems. * Manage vendors and new technology partners, optimizing quality, costs, and SLA compliance. * Drive organizational adoption of new technologies, acting as a strategic partner to all business areas. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields (postgraduate/MBA preferred). * 08 years of experience in fast-moving consumer goods, retail, or industries with high-volume processes. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** The mission of Grupo Mariposa is to promote growth and sustainability within the global food and beverage industry.
