




This is to greet you and inform you that our company, Aduanera Capricornio S.A., is currently seeking a **Customer Service Executive** (Specialist or Coordinator) for the foreign trade area at one of our main clients. The responsibilities include: properly coordinating assigned accounts for the client's export and import operations, ensuring that foreign trade processes in both areas are carried out efficiently and proactively, providing secure service to the client in the shortest time and at the lowest possible cost, thereby maintaining and increasing the company's market share. **Requirements:** * Student in the final cycles or graduate of International Business Administration from an institute or university. * Work Experience: Two or more years of experience in customs agencies (preferably, but not exclusively) as Assistant, Specialist, or Coordinator of Export and/or Import in Customs Agencies. * Availability to work as an In-house Executive at the client's company located in Lurín. * Extensive knowledge of current customs procedures, definitive and temporary regimes, and current legal regulations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word. * Knowledge of the Ascinsa System (not mandatory). * Main responsibilities include document management, logistical coordination of operations with different departments of the customs agency (sending instructions for DAM numbering, receiving and reviewing operation documentation, tracking documentation and document approval, entering matrices, digital archiving of documents, coordinating with customs agency departments for timely and effective billing of services, among others), compliance with regulations, process optimization, and providing immediate advisory support to the client. * Type of contract: Payroll with all statutory benefits.
