Prosegur Alarms is currently seeking a **Risk Control Center Teleoperator**, whose mission will be to provide appropriate security responses to emergencies occurring at residential and commercial premises, delivering immediate support to customers in order to contribute to their safety and ensure uninterrupted service operations. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Verbally report alarm signals by applying the protocols defined by the company and each client’s specific requirements. * Inform customers of any technical issues detected in the security system—such as detector or battery failures—or refer such cases to the corresponding technical service department. * Report required updates to customer data to your immediate supervisor, based on direct customer requests or instructions from other departments, to maintain accurate and reliable information in the company’s systems. * Report events identified as false alarms to the GRFA department, following the applicable procedure. * Provide immediate customer support in case of real emergencies, acting in accordance with established protocols for each type of situation. * Deliver to the customer either an authority handover report or a debt report, as applicable, ensuring clear and precise communication. * Comply with company policies, the Internal Work Regulations, the Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, and all other internal regulations applicable to the employee’s duties. * Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor within your scope of competence. **What are we looking for?** * Completed technical or university studies in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in telephone customer service, monitoring, or similar roles. * Availability to work rotating shifts (M–T–N). * Knowledge of emergency telephone response and basic interpretation of security signals. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). **What do we offer?** * The opportunity to join a company certified as a **Great Place to Work** * Formal employment from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Various corporate benefits. * A defined career path and professional growth opportunities. * Access to e-learning platforms. * Educational scholarship program for you and/or your children through the Prosegur Foundation. * Individualized training plan at Prosegur’s Corporate University. * Educational partnership agreements covering technical programs, university degrees, master’s programs, diplomas, language courses, etc.
