Together, we lead the way toward more sustainable mining and construction. **Join our team!** If you are interested in growing **within the maintenance management area**, join our team as a **Maintenance Planning Engineer.** **Your mission** You will be responsible for managing the planning and controlling the maintenance process of the fleet of equipment assigned to your contract, ensuring equipment availability and reliability and continuity of processes under your responsibility through medium- and long-term planning, safely, effectively, and efficiently; optimizing the use of human, financial, and material resources by applying Epiroc standards to guarantee high service quality. **What will be my responsibilities?** * Define strategies, policies, and tactics to ensure proper functioning of the equipment under your responsibility * Develop medium- and long-term Maintenance Plans for fleets under your responsibility. * Develop and document specific procedures, programs, and controls for the area * Report daily, weekly, and monthly fleet management indicators. * Analyze monthly technical reports (key activities of the month, pending work on equipment with requirements, mechanical availability, hourly cost, control of hours and components, etc.) and propose improvements. * Coordinate with the Company's Planning Manager all preventive and predictive maintenance programs, inspections, and component replacements. * Prepare maintenance budgets for fleets under your responsibility. * Manage the cost dashboard for spare parts, components, lubricants, hoses, tires, fuel, etc., enabling calculation of hourly rates. * Fulfill functions delegated or assigned by your immediate supervisor **Ideal candidate for this position:** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering (preferably graduated) * Specialization in maintenance of underground and surface mining equipment. * At least 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Minimum 3 years of experience in underground mining equipment maintenance. * Availability to work at Cerro Lindo, 14x7 schedule * Class A2B driver's license. **It all starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition, and our cities and infrastructure must develop to serve a growing population.
