**1. JOB OBJECTIVES:** Maintain equipment, instruments, and plant systems operational by performing preventive, corrective, predictive, and improvement maintenance interventions. **2. GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES** - Actively participate in the execution of maintenance programs and calibrations of instruments, equipment, and internal and/or external plant systems. - Perform inspections and preventive maintenance according to the respective program; likewise, if necessary, carry out corrective maintenance. - Carry out maintenance on various electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components, as well as motors, control panels, and power panels of different equipment and services. - Coordinate assigned calibrations with the supervisor according to the established schedule. - Support building, facility, and plant service maintenance as directed by the maintenance supervisor. - Respect and implement safety regulations, properly using appropriate uniforms, personal protective equipment (PPE), and tools during job execution. - Execute maintenance work orders issued by the immediate supervisor to address maintenance requests from different plant areas. - Clearly and concisely record work orders and file them in their respective folders, along with all documentation in which they participate. - Request spare parts, supplies, and materials needed for scheduled maintenance well in advance. - Attend internal and external technical training related to the maintenance area and general training on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). - Undergo regular evaluations corresponding to their duties. - Comply with hygiene regulations before, during, and after all maintenance activities. - Report any detected non-conformities to the maintenance supervisor and/or manager. - Comply with the provisions contained in the respective procedures and instructions. - Propose and suggest any improvements they consider appropriate. - Maintain in good condition and proper use the equipment assigned for their work (e.g., PC, laptop, cellphone, measuring instruments). - Assist in other tasks within their competence assigned by the maintenance supervisor and/or manager. **JOB PROFILE** **EDUCATION** - Technician in Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, Electronics, Mechanics, or Mechatronics from SENATI, TECSUP, or similar IST. **TRAINING** - Knowledge of industrial maintenance - Knowledge of industrial automation - Knowledge of industrial safety standards - Knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration - Knowledge of compressed air and pneumatic systems - Knowledge of steam boilers and heating equipment - Knowledge of potable water, soft water, and purified water treatment - Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) - Preferably knowledge of maintenance management and calibrations, basic technical English, and office software **SKILLS** - Quality orientation - Results focus - Customer orientation (internal-external) - Effective communication - Order and organization - Teamwork - Stress tolerance and management **EXPERIENCE** - Minimum of two (02) years in similar positions within the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or related industries. **WORK SCHEDULE** The primary schedule will be: **Monday to Saturday - (Afternoon Shift)** **From 12:45 to 21:30 h** Depending on operational needs, the following shifts will be assigned on a rotating basis: **Monday to Saturday - (Morning Shift)** **From 07:00 to 15:45 h** Type of position: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Work location: On-site
