We are looking for a **Graduate Professional** to take on the role of **Data Center and FTTH Services Operations and Control Lead**, critical to ensuring the continuity of our Internet and telecommunications services. **Profile Requirements:** * Graduate professional in **Telecommunications, Electronics, Systems** or related fields. * Minimum **1 year of experience** in operation and control of **Data Centers** within networks. * Knowledge of platforms: **ODDO, Microwish, Smart OLT, Wispro**. * Proficiency in networking: **IP, VLAN, GPON, PPPoE, BGP, OSPF**. * Experience with monitoring tools: **Zabbix, PRTG, The Dude**. * Leadership and technical team management skills. * Experience in **fault detection and resolution** and handling network incidents. * Familiarity with monitoring tools such as: **Zabbix, PRTG, The Dude**. * Strong **technical leadership**, decision-making, and personnel management abilities. * Proven experience in **resolving critical faults and maintaining service continuity**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee the **Data Center** and **FTTH Internet services** comprehensively. * Monitor platforms and networks in real-time, ensuring operational stability. * Coordinate responses during emergencies and manage effective solutions. * Lead NOC technical staff, organizing shifts and tasks. * Ensure compliance with **SLAs**, service performance, and quality standards. * Plan maintenance, upgrades, and implementation of new technologies. **Work Location:** Independencia **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. **Employment Conditions:** * Type: **Full-time – On-site** * MICROENTERPRISE Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site job
