We are currently seeking a highly committed Projects/Services Manager with solid experience in technical and operational project management. The professional will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising the execution of projects and services, ensuring compliance with established quality, safety, schedule, and budget standards. Requirements: * Education: Licensed and registered Mechanical-Electrical Engineer. * Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in similar positions (Project Manager, Services Manager, Engineering Supervisor, or related roles). * Experience in execution and supervision of Retail sector projects. Technical skills: * Management of electromechanical projects and industrial maintenance. * Preparation and control of budgets, schedules, and technical reports. * Proficiency in management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, advanced Excel, ERP). Main responsibilities: * Lead planning, execution, and closure of technical service projects. * Supervise multidisciplinary teams both in the field and office. * Manage project material and financial resources. * Maintain constant communication with clients, contractors, and suppliers. * Prepare technical and progress reports for management.
