**Date:** Aug. 29, 2025 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Manage and ensure an efficient organization security system service (Personnel, Facilities, Assets, among others). * Establish physical and digital access controls within our facilities and perimeter fences (37 sites across Lima and Provinces). * Prevent and mitigate threats within our facilities and perimeter fences. * Promote an organizational culture of asset security within our facilities. * Respond effectively to incidents through protocols, drills, and prepared teams in our facilities. * Comply with legal regulations and standards according to laws in Peru. **What will you do in your role?** * Manage and supervise physical and technological security at Alicorp and Subsidiaries. * Design and implement asset security policies (physical security and CCTV systems) * Manage asset-related risks * Manage and control the protection of personnel, assets, and facilities * Manage direct relationships with external security companies * Manage and investigate accidents and alerts * Manage, train, and raise awareness among personnel within Alicorp * Manage and supervise the security budget **What do we need from you?** * Professionals in administration or related fields. * Knowledge of Office (intermediate – advanced level) * Experience in Risk Management * Experience in designing physical security and CCTV systems * Experience in accident investigation * Emergency management (development and action plans for emergencies within our facilities) * 5 \-7 years of experience in Physical and Asset Security * Advanced course in ISO 31000 \+ ISO 22301 (Business Continuity) * Knowledge in Loss Prevention and Asset Security Auditing * Experience in Access Control Technologies, CCTV, remote monitoring * Intermediate level in SAP * Basic \- intermediate level in Power BI
