Prestigious telecommunications company is currently seeking the following candidate, details below: **RF PROJECT MANAGER (Radio Frequency)** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * · Monitoring, tracking, and controlling management indicators to ensure compliance with contractual obligations to clients * · Monitoring, tracking, and controlling project deliverables to be submitted to the client and project progress * · Reviewing and developing processes and procedures; proposing improvements for assigned projects * · Coordinating with departments involved in project operations to address requests and processes * · Preparing management reports and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations * · Coordinating Node projects, Inbuilding Solution implementations * · and TX Implementation for operator **ENTEL (Required experience with ENTEL client)** * · Managing costs and budgets for preparing project LPU’s * · Field monitoring of contractor activities on projects * · Managing and tracking deliverables on Entel platforms * · Managing and controlling inventory of Entel assets * · Finalizing settlements with contractors for completed and terminated projects * · Performing other duties assigned by the supervisor related to project management **REQUIREMENTS:** * · Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * · Knowledge of Project Management based on PMI standards and Information Technologies * · Previous experience in project management tasks * · Experience monitoring progress and deadlines in telecommunications projects: Base Station Implementation, Aggregators (including modifications), Access Microwave Links, medium and high capacity, and Transmission Engineering for ENTEL PERU * · Experience implementing projects: Nodes, Inbuilding Solutions for ENTEL, and TX Implementation * · Knowledge of cost estimation and budgeting * · Operational management of contractors to execute projects effectively * · Knowledge of inventory loading and updating on the O\&M Inventory Portal * · Familiarity with Entel standards for Site Folder validation and upload to the O\&M / PROVIRED portal * · Ability to create technical drawings using CAD * · Experience managing implementation projects for Nodes, Inbuilding, and Tx * · Ability to manage conflicts with clients and contractors **Courses or Skills:** Project Management / PMBOK / AGILE / SCRUM / ITIL. Specializations in Base Station Implementation, Aggregators, Access Microwave Links, medium and high capacity, and Transmission Engineering. Intermediate Excel proficiency, AUTOCAD (technical drawing creation).
