Ensure that all activities conducted comply with current internal standards, policies, and procedures. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Analyst, Full Stack, or related roles. * Knowledge in: + Knowledge of methodologies for systems analysis. + Familiarity with banking or financial computing platforms. + Knowledge of Agile methodologies. + Knowledge of ASP/VB Script/JavaScript, .NET: (C\# or VB NET), SQL Server + Knowledge of JAVA(JSP,JSTL, JQUERY), Angular, React. + Knowledge of DEVSECOPS, BitBucket, Jira, Jenkins + Solid knowledge of Genexus, DB2, RPG400 + Desirable knowledge in ANTHOS + Desirable knowledge in Project Management (PMP), Process Management. + Intermediate level English proficiency **Responsibilities** Application knowledge stewardship: * Maintain technical and functional knowledge of applications supporting the Bank’s operations. * Contribute to preserving technical and functional knowledge of assigned applications by receiving and providing training that promotes dissemination and stabilization of such knowledge. Related to application development and maintenance: * Participate in the detailed technical definition of initiatives for new development and evolutionary maintenance of bank applications. * Lead and/or execute development activities for new applications and evolutionary maintenance to ensure optimal operation, administration, and management of the Bank. * Coordinate and supervise development activities for interfaces and security mechanisms enabling interconnection between institutional applications and external computer systems. * Ensure all development or maintenance of information systems adheres to IT Architecture definitions. * Develop systems according to specifications provided by users. * Prepare technical specifications for the development of information systems, whether executed by internal teams or external software factories. * Ensure achievement of project objectives in terms of time, cost, scope, and quality. * Prepare progress reports and execution strategies for information system development requirements. * Identify deficiencies in applications during development and implement improvements to eliminate or mitigate them; where applicable, propose changes to resolve identified deficiencies. Regarding methodologies: * Maintain throughout project development the standards for analysis, design, programming, and implementation of information systems, as well as suggest necessary improvements. Regarding software quality validation: * Participate in and validate unit testing, and manage necessary actions for comprehensive testing of information systems. * Execute all required system tests according to predefined evaluation parameters to verify proper functionality and achievement of intended system objectives. * Coordinate with IST (integration software testing) and UAT (user acceptance testing) teams the certification testing activities for developed applications to ensure their quality. Regarding documentation: * Comply with administrative procedures and defined programming and documentation standards for information system development. * Ensure preparation of necessary documents supporting different phases of the information system development lifecycle. * Implement the system considering the creation and distribution of complete system documentation, as well as training activities for involved personnel for system deployment, including Help Desk. * Approve and keep updated system, operational, and user manuals related to information systems deployed into production. User support: * Support lead users and internal client relationship managers in defining information system requirements. * Assist users in operating information systems. Incidents: * Prioritize handling contingency situations in information systems reported by the Service Continuity and Availability team. Others: * Perform other activities related to their functional role assigned by higher hierarchical instances. * Understand the Bank's risk culture and how risk appetite should be considered in daily activities and decisions. * Actively conduct effective and efficient operations within their respective areas while ensuring adequacy, compliance, and effectiveness of daily business controls to meet obligations aimed at reducing operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, money laundering and terrorist financing risk, and conduct risk, including responsibilities established under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, International Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Manual, and Business Conduct Guidelines.
