**SSOMA ASSISTANT** SYMAT INGENIEROS, a company dedicated to civil works execution, industrial maintenance, and engineering projects, is currently seeking an **SSOMA Assistant**. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Academic Background:** Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience managing Occupational Health and Safety Systems within industrial, construction, or maintenance companies. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Document management of personnel, including review and control of: personal data, safety training records, occupational medical examinations, SCTR insurance policies, and affiliations. * Development, updating, and control of procedures, IPERC matrices, SSOMA matrices, annual programs, and safety plans. * On-site monitoring and follow-up of safety conditions and compliance with internal regulations. * Support in the implementation and maintenance of the SSOMA Management System, ensuring regulatory compliance according to current legislation. * Preparation of reports, records, and reports related to inspections, incidents, or training sessions. * Coordination with site supervisors and foremen to ensure safe operations and operational risk control. * Review and submission of occupational health and safety documents requested by suppliers. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** * Peruvian occupational health and safety regulations (Law No. 29783 and its regulations). * ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards (basic/intermediate level). * Intermediate proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Completion of courses or specializations in SSOMA is desirable. **POSITION DETAILS** * Work Modality: Hybrid (60% remote / 40% on-site**)**. * Schedule: Monday to Saturday.
