What You Will Do Provide technical support for the consumables product line (Mill Lining). Comply with and enforce company safety procedures. Execute the weekly consumables technical support schedule. Carry out technical support visits to customer sites as required. Review and execute assigned tickets within the TS HUB platform. Issue warranty claims and/or failure analysis reports. Generate and maintain records of significant work performed. Comply with and ensure achievement of safety, PDD, and other KPIs assigned by the company. Maintain constant communication with all team members, TS management, SAMs, TSS, and other departments. Identify and centralize improvement opportunities for our components and equipment based on operational conditions at each customer site. Provide feedback to the global team. Continuously update the department's SharePoint with information generated from completed work. Participate in training sessions scheduled by the company. Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor according to your job role. Required Qualifications Completed technical or university studies in Metallurgical Engineering, Metallurgy, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar roles within the industry. Experience in monitoring and analyzing wear components (crusher liners, mill liners, chute liners, etc.) is desirable. Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Intermediate-level English language skills. Knowledge of concentrator plant equipment operating principles. Knowledge of concentrator plant equipment operating parameters. Experience using Faro 3D laser scanner. Experience in mill liner installation is desirable.
