





**REQUIREMENTS FOR THE REQUESTED STAFF:** **Minimum** 1. Professional Technician in Quality Control and Processes in the Food Industry or industrial chemistry technician or related fields. (for example, SENATI, SEAONE, etc) 2. Experience of 0-6 months in quality control. 3. Knowledge of BPM, POES, HACCP. **Desirable** MAIN FUNCTIONS 1. Ensure and verify strict compliance with quality control throughout the production process chain. 2. Verify and record compliance with BPM in all critical control processes within the production chain (raw material reception, in-line process control, finished product control, warehouse monitoring, pest monitoring, as well as quality standards, BPM/BRC; participate in updating and controlling procedures and documentation records that are part of the Company's Quality and Food Safety Management System, and participate in continuous improvement processes. 3. Participate in the BPM/BRC/HARA team. 4. Participate in handling non-conforming products and customer complaints or claims regarding product quality and safety within established timeframes, coordinated with the Quality Assurance Manager.
