




\- Support the Warehouse Supervisor in activities necessary for proper storage, custody, preservation, and safe handling of stored products and supplies. \- Weigh products and control the inflow and outflow of raw materials, equipment, materials, reusable and new packaging, and finished products. \- Carry out warehouse cleaning programs with the support of cleaning staff and maintain warehouses clean and organized. \- Inspect stored products daily and report to the warehouse supervisor on the condition of product preservation and packaging. \- Maintain a physical file of MSDS for stored products and additionally a digital file for access by warehouse, production, and logistics management. \- Comply with procedures established in the Integrated Management System for storage, inventories, non-conforming products, dispatch, as well as instructions related to warehouse management. \- Apply good storage and handling practices in operations. \- Organize products so that counting can be done quickly and effectively. \- Place products in the warehouse according to instructions and NU classification. \- Identify and relocate products with little or no movement. \- Keep up-to-date physical records of warehouse movements and stored product stock. \- Physically verify and perform the corresponding weighing of received raw materials. \- Deliver, in the case of raw materials, the quality certificate, test report, or quality document to the laboratory manager. \- Weigh and deliver raw materials according to production orders and supervise the delivery of materials to production. \- Assist in periodic physical inventory counts by verifying accounting stock and the correct placement of stored materials and products, properly identified. \- Assist in the weighing and dispatch of finished products, as well as in preparing the documentation required in the storage procedure. \- Coordinate with production and laboratory areas as instructed by the warehouse supervisor. \- Verify product loading onto authorized transport according to material type (compliance with MTC regulations) and complete the corresponding records. \- Assist in completing HISA's merchandise transportation vehicle record. \- Assist with the reconciliation of products from Annex 1 and provide a detailed stock report to management, logistics, and human resources within five business days after the start of the month. \- Support the Supervisor in preparing reports and documents for production and logistics departments. \- Keep workstation and lockers organized. Attend all company-scheduled talks or training sessions to which assigned, and comply with any occupational or clinical medical examination conducted. \- Care and control of personal protective equipment; upon completion of use, return each item to the safety manager. \- Responsible for the proper use of PPE in the plant. \- A control system for sling entry and exit must be maintained and presented whenever modifications occur; this record shall be submitted to the Human Resources department with copies to the Safety Assistant and Production and Sig Coordinator. \- Obligation to sign for receipt of documents delivered by the company. In case of disagreement, a written response may be submitted within no more than 2 (two) days after receiving the document in question. \- Comply with the guidelines and approaches of the ISO 9001 – ISO 14001 systems governing the company and established procedures. \- Must manage the delivery of CITT once personal medical leaves exceed 21 days, with a maximum period of 10 days after medical discharge.
