**Job Description** We are looking for an **Accounting Analyst** to join our team. The position will provide support in accounting and financial management, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions, contributing to the fulfillment of the company's tax and financial obligations. **Main Responsibilities** * Record and manage invoices, receipts, and accounting documents. * Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions. * Assist in the preparation of accounting and financial reports. * Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns. * Ensure correct application of tax and accounting regulations. **Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree candidate, technical graduate, or advanced student in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. **Essential:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting areas. * Recording of accounting transactions (purchases, sales, payments, collections). * Tax filings (IGV, income tax, withholdings). * Proficiency with accounting systems (CONCAR, SAP, or others). * Experience with SIRE system. * Bank reconciliations. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, basic formulas). **Desirable:** * Experience in retail sector. * Financial analysis and profitability evaluation. * Knowledge of tax and financial regulations. **Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Problem-solving. * Teamwork. * Responsibility and attention to detail. * Analytical skills.
