




PROMSA pharmacy is seeking to incorporate a talented professional into its team to support the Commercial Logistics department, actively participating in procurement management, product development and follow-up, promotions, and strategic projects related to digital channels and call center. Your primary objective will be to strengthen the procurement area and improve supply for distribution. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage purchase requests and supply of pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and related items to ensure proper delivery to pharmacies, drugstores, and institutional customers. * Coordinate with suppliers and the logistics department to guarantee optimal delivery times, product quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements. * Register and update products in the internal system, ensuring accurate coding, technical descriptions, and document traceability. * Monitor inventory levels, anticipating replenishment needs and preventing stockouts or overstocking. * Support the evaluation of new products and quotations, as well as the preparation of purchasing, consumption, and turnover reports. * Collaborate with sales and logistics departments in implementing strategies that optimize stock management and pharmaceutical portfolio profitability. **Requirements** Academic background: Graduate with a technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum of 6 months in similar roles within the pharmaceutical or commercial sector. ***• Technical Skills:*** * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP management systems. * Basic knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control, and health regulations.
