**Main Responsibilities** * **Support in the preparation of beverages** (cocktails, juices, soft drinks, and hot drinks) following established recipes. * **Serve and process bar orders** quickly and accurately. * **Keep the bar area clean and organized**, including utensils, glassware, and equipment. * **Wash and dry glasses, cups, and pitchers** according to hygiene protocols. * **Restock supplies and beverages** in the work area (liquor, syrups, fruits, ice, etc.). * **Monitor basic inventory** and report shortages to the bar supervisor. * **Assist in receiving and storing products** in refrigerated areas or storage rooms. * **Follow hygiene and safety standards** when handling supplies. * **Collaborate with the bartender** during events or peak service times to expedite service. * **Provide courteous customer service** when required to assist at the bar. **Requirements** * Minimum 6 months of experience in bars or restaurants. * Basic knowledge of mixology and beverages. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. * Fast, organized, and good communication skills.
