If you are a Falabella employee, check all available courses at Academia Falabella, which will help you continue advancing your development and prepare for your next adventure with us! **Job Mission:** Responsible for overseeing the assortment, display, pricing, and promotion strategy for all Non Food categories at Precio Uno **Job Responsibilities:** * Develop, implement, and analyze strategies defined for the assigned categories to meet business objectives * Negotiate with suppliers to implement pricing, assortment, and promotional strategies aligned with PU's value proposition * Ensure achievement of sales budget and margins for the assigned categories * Define the optimal assortment strategy for each category that ensures the best sales per square meter equation within the store * Periodic review of the defined assortment in coordination with the Tottus commercial team, planning, and logistics * Identify and develop business opportunities, in & out, new campaigns, etc. * Define pricing strategy for Precio Uno in coordination with the Tottus commercial team * Be passionate about commercial dynamics through negotiation, definition, and review of campaigns, tactical actions, and flyers * Develop microlayouts for new stores together with architecture and commercial planning * Support store teams: Inventory management and supervision of commercial execution * Identify and explore market trends **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields Minimum 5 years of experience managing Non Food categories commercially Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manager leading teams Intermediate English Intermediate Office skills **Offer Conditions:****Benefits:****With the Falabella Experience you will enjoy:** * Payroll from the first day * Professional growth within the group companies * Positive work environment and good working climate * Purpose-driven projects
