**At ALBA Consultorios Especialistas del Adulto Mayor**, we are looking for a **creative, responsible intern with strong visual sensitivity** to support us in creating digital content to strengthen our presence on Instagram and TikTok. **Main Responsibilities:** * Create weekly content (reels, stories, carousels) for Instagram and TikTok. * Edit short videos using CapCut or similar tools. * Perform basic graphic design in Canva (flyers, posts, institutional banners). * Adapt medical information provided by the team into simple and clear language. * Schedule posts and assist in basic social media management. * Organize materials and content in Drive (branding, templates, files). * Support digital campaigns and ALBA's marketing materials. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field. * Proficiency in **Canva** and video editing (**CapCut**) is essential. * Clear writing skills and good spelling. * Creativity and aesthetic judgment (essential). * Basic knowledge of Instagram and TikTok (trends, formats, audio). * Availability of **10–15 hours per week**. * Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about content in the healthcare sector. **We Offer:** * Compensation: **S/ 650 monthly**. * Flexible schedule and hybrid work model. * Pre-professional practice certificate. * Clear editorial guidelines and close mentorship. * Opportunity to build a real portfolio in the healthcare sector. * Warm, ethical, professional environment focused on the well-being of older adults.
