Job Summary: We are seeking a Functional Analyst and QA Automation Engineer for a digital transformation project in mining, connecting users, subject matter experts, and technical teams to translate business needs into functional requirements. At **Beemetry SAC**, we are looking to hire a **Functional Analyst and QA Automation Engineer** for a digital transformation project applied to mining operations. This role will bridge business users, mining specialists, and technical teams to convert real-world needs into clear, verifiable, and easily adoptable functionalities. **Key Responsibilities** Elicit and document requirements, AS\-IS / TO\-BE workflows, business rules, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Maintain traceability among requirements, tasks, versions, test cases, defects, and deliverables. Design and execute functional, integration, regression, API, and end\-to\-end tests. Develop and maintain test automation using Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent tools, and API testing with Postman/Newman or similar tools. Integrate quality evidence into Git and CI/CD workflows, prioritizing critical scenarios and continuous regression. Coordinate UAT, manage findings, and support their resolution in collaboration with product, development, and architecture teams. Prepare manuals, procedures, quick reference guides, FAQs, and training materials. Facilitate workshops for both technical and non-technical users, verifying understanding and adoption. Apply AI and automation to accelerate analysis, testing, documentation, and repetitive tasks, while validating quality, privacy, and traceability. Propose improvements based on metrics, recurring defects, feedback, and lessons learned. **What We Require** Minimum 2 years of experience in functional analysis, QA, test automation, or related roles, with demonstrable responsibilities matching those described. Experience writing testable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Practical experience in web and/or API test automation; proficiency with Git and agile tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Azure DevOps. Ability to produce clear documentation and train users with varying levels of digital experience. Experience applying generative AI, developer assistants, or workflow automation in professional activities. Effective communication, analytical thinking, autonomy, organization, adaptability, and continuous improvement mindset. Fluent Spanish and technical reading proficiency in English. **Highly Valued** Experience in mining, industrial, energy, utilities, or other mission-critical operational environments. BPMN, SQL, data testing, accessibility, performance, or offline operation. Dashboards, GIS/maps, telemetry, document management, or multi-user solutions.
