We are a responsible and inclusive organization; therefore, all our job openings are suitable for people with disabilities. **Important:** Applicants with disabilities, according to Law No. 29973, General Law on Persons with Disabilities (Art. 76\), and Law No. 27050 and its Regulation, must submit their disability certificate issued by MINSA or ESSALUD healthcare centers and be registered with CONADIS. **Join our team** At GOYDEL SAC, we are seeking an Integrated Management System Analyst (IMS) for our central office in Lima Norte, with the purpose of ensuring the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System under the Trinorma standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018\. **Academic Background** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Desirable knowledge in process-based management approach. **Knowledge and Skills** * Proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Advanced Google Sheets skills and intermediate knowledge of Dashboards. * Solid understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. * Desirable experience in implementing and improving management systems. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, effective communication, and teamwork. **Experience** * Minimum: 1 year in similar positions. * Preferred: 2 years in integrated management systems or quality, safety, and environment areas. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, execute, and record inductions and training related to the IMS. * Manage the issuance and control of training participation certificates. * Monitor and evaluate compliance with IMS management objectives and indicators. * Implement and maintain digital tools for document management and process improvement. * Track compliance with applicable requirements of ISO standards. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. * Coordinate, execute, and follow up on the annual internal audit program for the IMS. **We Offer** * On payroll from day one with all statutory benefits. * Competitive salary aligned with market standards. * Positive work environment and teamwork. * Career advancement opportunities within a solid and growing company.
