Job Summary: Analyze, control, and manage inventories to ensure stock accuracy and proper merchandise valuation, contributing to operational efficiency and cost control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage PPA and cafeteria inventories to ensure stock accuracy. 2. Support the coordination and execution of general inventories. 3. Make timely decisions to improve operational efficiency and cost control. **Job Description** ---------------------- Control and safeguard the value of merchandise at the food plant. Analyze, control, and manage PPA and cafeteria inventories through cyclic counts, physical inventories, adjustments, shrinkage, discrepancies, and distortions, ensuring stock accuracy and proper merchandise valuation. Support the coordination and execution of the general inventory for the production plant and cafeterias. Coordinate with Operations, R\+D, and Inventory Control departments, ensuring compliance with established procedures and reduction of inventory variances. Make timely decisions that contribute to the company’s operational efficiency and cost control. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * University graduates and/or technical professionals in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Processes, or related fields. * Experience in Logistics within a Distribution Center (preferably a Food Plant). * Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate \- Advanced). * Knowledge of WHS, PMM, and/or production ERP systems (desirable). * Big Data handling skills.
