TRANSCORD SRL, a company with several years of experience in land transportation services for hydrocarbons and liquids in general, is currently seeking: Operations Assistant **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in the position or similar roles. * Experience in the transportation sector. * Knowledge of MATPEL I, II (desirable). * Intermediate level of Excel proficiency. * Must reside in areas adjacent to Santa Clara (essential). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan vehicle and driver availability according to client type. * Verify and maintain up-to-date documentation, training, and rest periods for drivers and vehicles, as well as review vehicle maintenance schedules. * Conduct scheduled and unannounced route inspections and issue corresponding reports. * Perform vehicle measurements at the base and/or loading terminals as a preventive control. * Ensure pre-use checks are completed before each trip. * Present performance indicators to supervisors and/or management. * Participate in annual audits. * Report unexpected operational issues and propose alternative solutions. * Provide documentary support to the department. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Honorarium contract for 4 months, followed by permanent employment. * Pleasant work environment. * Competitive salary based on experience and market standards. **WORK HOURS AND LOCATION** * Monday to Friday from 08:30 am to 06:00 pm, Saturday from 08:30 am to 01:00 pm * Behind El Pueblo Hotel or Santa Clara Cemetery Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,200.00 per month Application Questions: * How old are you? * Where do you live? * Indicate your level of Excel proficiency (basic/intermediate/advanced) * What is your salary expectation? * Do you have experience in this position?
