





**Requirements** * University graduate in Accounting * Desirable 6 months of experience in accounting firms and/or real estate * Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Power BI. * Experience with ERP S10 system: Payroll, Purchasing, Warehouse, and others. * Knowledge of accounting systems * Basic knowledge of Tax, Labor regulations, and IFRS. **Competencies** Teamwork. Commitment Communication Proactivity **Functions** * Record accounting transactions (banks, accounts receivable and payable, fixed assets, other liabilities, income statement accounts) in accordance with IFRS. * Review documentation to ensure complete and accurate data, as well as supporting evidence of transactions before entering into the system. * Prepare bank reconciliations. * Calculate payroll for different regimes: microenterprises, small businesses, general regime, and construction. * Record payment vouchers for purchases and sales of the firm's companies and, in general, monthly position, interest calculations, settlements, to track cash movements. * Assist in preparing financial statement schedules and attachments. * Other duties inherent to the position.
