Maintain updated files of purchase orders, quotations, shipping guides, invoice copies, and other related documents. Update and expand the supplier database. Perform coding of goods or services. Process received documentation to the respective department. Assist in the reception, registration, and internal and external distribution as per instructions received. Requirements Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Intermediate level of office software skills. Knowledge of logistics software.
